Sau Tao Shanghai Noodle is made using high quality wheat flour, salt and water. These simple ingredients give this noodle a distinct taste that you will never find in other noodles. This shanghai noodle tastes great in soups, stir fried or deep fried with your favourite side dishes.
Add noodles into boiling water, stir constantly with chopsticks to avoid noodles sticking together. Cook for about 4 minutes. Rinse under running water. Drain and set aside.
Noodles in soup: Add with soup base and subsidiary food, ready to serve
Noodles for stir-frying: Stir-fry the noodles with subsidiary food, ready to serve
Sufficient water is prepared
Noodles should only be added when the water is fully-boiled
Extra addition of meat and vegetables are suggested for palatable enhancement
Due to difference in specifications of cooking utensils, the cooking time may vary
Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
